Holding Bachelor degrees in Graphic Design, Advertising and Media Studies, Chad Addie knew from a young age that he wanted to make a big impact on the world. He's worked with UFC stars, professional models, international music stars, professional motocross/BMX racers, actors/actresses and Fortune 500 brands. He's been an honorary judge for Miss Teen Chicago, modeling competitions and media events across the country.

Chad started his entrepreneurial career in 2009 when he founded Indstruktibl Clothing which gained acclaim both nationally and internationally. Building off his success, Chad founded Bluprint Studios in 2013, a marketing and talent management company. In 2016, the company was rebranded to Karben Studios and Karben MGMT which they remain today. Karben Studios is a one-stop marketing and design agency. Karben MGMT is a talent management agency that currently works with artists, bands and DJs.
